Production Flow

Take alloy jewelry as a sample.

  • Step one: Pattern Making

Pattern making means we prepare a model, for future production, according to the designer’s drawing by cutting, carving, and grinding a piece of alloy material.
Of course, this process could be omitted if we can get the sample from the market.
Blond Jewelry Factory has her own pattern maker and you are welcomed to offer the detail drawing or real samples for pattern making.

  • Step Two: Molding

Before mass production, we should first have a piece of mold. It is made of AB glue, like a big cake, with upper and under part.
The master puts the pattern in the middle of the round mold and then places it in the high temperature compression molding machine, and there will comes the shape of the pattern jewelry.

  • Step Three: Foundry

Foundry is to pour the melt alloy materials into the mold to produce rough jewelry.
Note: Currently alloy material is priced from 10,000 to more than 100,000 per ton.  Jewelry made of good alloy material has a smooth, glossy finish, bright plating effect, not easily broken.
At present, many jewelry manufacturers, in order to reduce cost, make jewelry from the alloy material priced 10,000 per ton.  The jewelry is cheap but you can imagine how the quality is.
Blond jewelry factory, use alloy material priced about 60,000 per ton.  This price level should be one of the best in the like products.  And alloy material priced more than 60,000 per ton is used in the production of extremely high-end jewelry.
Of course, if you request, we can use that high-end alloy material, but the jewelry would be a little expensive then.

  • Step Four: Stripping

Stripping is to remove the rough jewelry from the mold and sort out.

  • Step Five: Trimming

Trimming is to use a knife to repair out some rough edges.
Note: Many jewelry manufacturers, to reduce costs, take this step off.  That is why many customers found the edge very rough after buying cheap jewelry.
All Blond jewelry will go through trimming.

  • Step Six: Welding

Some jewelry, such as earrings, rings, etc., need to weld a steel needle or ring. Welding is a difficult technology.

  • Step Seven: Polishing

  • Step Eight: Agitating In Water
